At CES, Intel showed off a foldable screen 2-in-1 that can fold from a 17.3-inch tablet into a 12.5-inch clamshell-style laptop. CNET got an exclusive in-depth look at the foldable PC prototype which is codenamed Horseshoe Bend.
What began as crude foam cutouts is now a working computer that could hit store shelves in 2021 — if Intel persuades PC makers to turn the prototype into their own products. Following in the footsteps of foldable phones like the Samsung Galaxy Fold and Motorola Razr, the Horseshoe Bend foldable PC is the next step in a profound change to mobile devices that flexible screens make possible.

It is indeed looking badass and you will stand out having this but practically with the current folding screen technology I don't think this is going to work as I hope it will
2 pages ebook/comic reader… that's what I need
I understand you want to be thorough but why did you spend so much time pantomiming and explaining the henge mechanisms of the device IF YOU SHOWED THE DEVICE ITSELF!? Do we need to also see your origami mockups IN ADDITION TO B-ROLL of the device!?
This video was 8 minutes longer than necessary
LESS TALKING MORE SHOWING…
Looks much better than x1 fold
This idea is going to flop badly like Intel's mobile processor attempt.
CNET is so bad at making videos about tech. Just give up. Its time to let go. Shush, it's okay… just close your eyes
Prototypes…concepts… I miss the tenacity and ruthlessness of Steve Jobs. He didn't do prototypes. He made products. We need someone with the vision to transcend others who need focus groups to design products. Pehaps Elon Musk should get into consumer electronics.
That would be perfect for graphic designers. My main issue is that I need to spend a lot of money on 3 types of devices. A PC for advanced rendering, a laptop if I need to do some intense work at my clients offices, a graphic tablet/tablet and a screen for my PC. If that thing gets a thunderbolt 3 and if it performs well in digital art the only things I gonna need to buy are an eGPU and maybe a new monitor.
not digging the host
Let’s have a poll: Who prefers an on-screen keyboard, and who prefers a physical keyboard?

Good to know that Intel is paving the way for AMD.
But there's already lenovo X1 laptop which is same like this
Why is this video so over sharpened?
Intel was on track with their concept back in May 2019.
The honeycomb glacier.
I would have bought that.
Not this dual screen keyboard concept…. no thanks.
the cost will dry your pocket
Too much talk and video of the actual product
"The power of a PC", ah yes, almost no ports (two USB-Cs at best), no upgradeability or repairability (even better with this easily damaged screen) and a virtual keyboard, sure.
Microsoft Surface Book Fold confirmed
Who else here spotted the word Philippines is missing one more letter 'p'?
Put an HDMI in on it and I'm there
Dam that double chin 😂😂
its not exclusive, MKBHD showed this waaaaay back
With 5G internet and remote desktop you don't need a powerful processor on a device like this.
Wow I Love❤ This.
I only clicked the link because you guys need to really find someone more appealing to showcase your stuff. I can't watch the guy. Simply put the guy is oozing Soy from your thumbnail alone. I'm good, I'll just make sure you never watch this channel again.
Also…keep in mind…that curve end in a laptop bag will get crushed pretty easily. This design won't work.
