The Razer Blade Stealth late 2019 edition is a 13 inch gaming laptop that is still able to fit in Nvidia GTX 1650 Max-Q graphics with a 10th gen Intel CPU. In this review you’ll see how well it performs and find out if it’s worth paying more for a thin, light and portable gaming laptop.

Hey, Jarrod how can i make my games all in full screen all the time in this laptop? pls help
I think there is big fps to gain going from 1080p to something like 1336×768 for that tiny screen
The MX150 is arguably the better option. The 1650 will drain the battery faster all the time for the odd time you actually need to use it, and 4K is just overkill.
Razer, if you’re listening – *drop down to 1440 or 1600p*. If you switched to a 16:10 screen ratio too you’d have a genuine Mac killer on your hands. It’s almost there.
This laptop nearly costs 2000$ , and rauet includes windows 10 home edition with it ? Are you dumb razer ?
How csn you not review macbooks this year if the razer blade advanced is $2400 when the macbook pro 16 is $2400
I think because the blade 15 and the blade pro 17's fan isnt connected to the heatsink thats why its so cool
please compare it with asus g14
I think this is better than the Zephyrus G14.
Razer Stealth 2020 any rumours?
rate this laptop in your opition and can you edit your work video on this laptop ? thank you for the video
is there an 13" alternative to this? the price is crazy
Hey! Came here for a laptop review, found that you had an Insomnium Winter's Gate shirt!
Super cool man, thanks for the awesome review!
This video awesome! Please do a video with an external GPU. Is it bad to disable the GTX graphics?
what about TF2? do you know how much fps it can get?
Hi Jared. I’m in Australia too and looking for a 13” I can travel and game on. My Dell 7300 isn’t cutting it. Would you recommend this or wait for the Zephyrus G14 and wear the extra inch?
I've trouble reaching 60fps in low demanding games like fortnite, Cs:go on this laptop. Can someone maybe help me?
Hi! Appreciate your reviews thoroughly.
With this having dropped to $1500 and for someone that: predominantly plays Overwatch (amongst other Blizzard titles that aren’t graphically demanding), and that appreciates the small form factor, would you recommend this laptop?
Is the 60hz screen a dealbreaker?
Is gaming on a 13 in screen regrettable?
Also, would you be concerned about Razer refreshing their 13 inch line anytime soon?
I also have my eye on the MAG-15 but that’s a whole different class of laptops, considering screen size and portability.
hey jarrod would it be possible to see the video you hinted at twelve min. thirty with this pc and not the lower power graphics card? i like to compare it to the XPS when used in conjunction Smith an EGPU….thanks a lot
Right Shift: "Hey , I'm important"
Left shift: "Who are you, man?"
why is the stealth more expensive than the blade 15 even tho its less powerfull?
Thanks for the excellent breakdown on this Laptop! Helped me decide to grab one on sale. Also, thumbs up on the metal shirts! – Looks like you a a fan of Melodic Death Metal! Two albums from 2019 I strongly recommend in this genre are "Disillusion – The Liberation" and "Lunarsea – Earthling/Terrestre" Excellent songwriting on both albums that put them well above your average melo-death in my opinion.
I like how it always sounds like your batteries are dying. Great video though, thanks.
Best review I found so far. Keep up the good work.
Ratierrrr ?
insomnium shirts i found. never expected to see that shirt in the tech vid actually
Thanks for the in-depth review, I appreciate the efforts! Also, this is the first video I've seen mentioning that turning off the GPU does affect CPU performance – that's something I was wondering about, myself.
Would love to see a video with egpu
this or the prestige 15 ?
how does this have such low temps under heavy load in a small 13" chassis????
For that amount of money – do you really want to chance it on Razer's 'roll of dice' QA and notoriously poor customer care?
Hey Jarrod,
Great review. I couldn't find these displayed anywhere in Melbourne. Thinking of buying through Razer's website just based on your review. A few things if you don't mind answering:
This laptop comes with a 100w adapter, will it be enough to power a monitor? Even when the adapter is not attached?
Speaking of monitors, if the laptop has 60hz refresh rate, can I attach a 144hz monitor to it via TB and play games on 144hz on the monitor?
And finally, could this be a good day-to-day laptop? Given that this has lower powered cpu. Also would you consider switching to this as your main laptop even when you're travelling?
Hope you could answer and make it easier for me.
Thanks 🙂
720p wouldn't be bad at this size. Keep it cool.
Would it be dumb to use this laptop as an everyday school laptop too?
13:50 "More powerful gaming laptop"? Where can I find another 13 inch, very portable yet powerful laptop?
I'm on the go a lot and portability is a must for me.
Great review. The only one that I've seen that mentioned how disabling the Nvidia GPU boosts the CPU from 15w to 25w – therefore making it on par with the creative edition which has no dedicated GPU and the CPU is permanently clocked to 25w.
